How healthy are you, really?
I know…you feel pretty decent most days, you see your doctor 1-2 times a year, and you have a couple medications that you take on the regular.
Maybe you have a few aches and pains, some sinus issues, or you’re tired a lot of the time…but everyone has that, right? We just have to suck it up I guess. At least that’s what we’re made to believe. Let me tell you – NONE OF THIS IS TRUE!

I’m here to let you know that a lot of these chronic symptoms that we have or cope with each day, are all symptoms of a greater problem. It’s a sign that our body isn’t right. There’s issues in our bodies that need to be addressed.
These symptoms can be very subtle in the beginning but over time it can have a huge impact for the worse.
Because of what we’re told and are made to believe, we start to believe that all of these things are normal and there’s no real solutions. It’s just part of life!
Our body has the tendency to cope really well for a while but then at some point there’s no more biochemical give to cope. That’s usually the time we end up in an emergency room, the doctor’s office, or with a new diagnosis and medication.
One great thing that we functional medicine physicians have that your doctor may not is a medical symptoms questionnaire. It will point out areas of your life and body that are struggling. As a functional medicine physician, this is a tool that I use often in order to evaluate where a client is at on the health-illness spectrum.
I prefer to use natural means to improve the body’s processes, and in finding health and wellness.
I want to challenge you today to take a real look at how healthy you actually are.
Comment below or contact me and I’ll send you this questionnaire for free. As well, book a complimentary call with me so that we can get you on the right path to wellness. Book here – bit.ly/HowHealthyAreYouActually
